About the Role:

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll work alongside operational leaders across NALHN to deliver practical, solutions-focused HR support. Your day-to-day will span:

- Providing expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change
- Coaching and building the capability of managers to handle people matters with confidence
- Supporting the implementation of HR frameworks, policies, and enterprise agreement obligations
- Partnering with clinical and corporate teams to resolve complex workforce issues in a timely, consistent way

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Sound knowledge of South Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and Fair Work principles
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and performance processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfort working across multiple sites and adapting quickly within SA Health's public sector environment

You’ll also bring a collaborative mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
