Estia Henley Beach is seeking experienced , professional and dedicated people to join our team of floor staff for the upcoming crazy summer season which runs to April 2027.

We are an award winning dining establishment renowned for our excellent food and we create memorable dining experiences for our patrons.

Our expectations of you are:

- Minimum of 1 year of a la carte restaurant experience

- Sound wine and barista knowledge/ skills

- An understanding of Greek cuisine and culture

- Have an awesome personality

- A high of level of common sense

- Flexible availability (days, nights, holidays and weekends)

Up to 38 hours per week available for the right applicant.

Mums / dads looking to rejoin the workforce are welcome to apply.

Immediate start.

Also, Mums / dads and University students who are looking for a few shifts are desirable too.

PS: We prefer to accept applications From those who have had the relevant experience in table service. We are not looking for bar / cafe staff or baristas. We are after experienced waiters who know their way around a restaurant floor, can open a bottle of wine using a cork screw and understand the order of service.
