Forster Accommodation is a boutique real estate agency managing over 200 Short Term Rental properties in the Forster/Tuncurry area.

We are looking for a superstar with an amazing attitude and a genuine care in curating the best experiences for our guests and owners. The owner of the business will be beside you on the front line, and she has 30 years' experience in the Hotel, Tourism & Restaurant industry with experience as a General Manager of 5-star boutique internationally branded hotels.

The other carefully curated team members come from a variety of industries; Hotels, Real Estate, Beauty, Housekeeping, Online marketing, Medical, Social Media and have all been given the right training and support to succeed.

Not only will you receive training in a real estate agency you will also be given the tools to also succeed in the hotel/accommodation industry too.

We are a very close team who are dedicated to our guests & owners.

Daily duties:

- Work closely with the owners to ensure their property is managed to the highest standard including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Presentation & Reservations

- Create amazing experiences for guests by finding the right property for their holiday and assist with reservations in local restaurants and experiences

- Take reservations, check in and out guests and ensure they have the best experience Forster/Tuncurry has to offer

- Adhoc duties; One day you may have to deliver something to a property or assist with a clean or another day you may take photos to assist with social media or ensure filing is compliant as per The Property, Stock & Business Agents Act

As we are a real estate agency, a certificate IV in Real Estate would be desirable however we can assist to organise training to satisfy this legislative requirement. You must have a current Driver License. You are required to be available 7 days per week, the roster will be 5 days per week rotating.
