About us

Tri-Aid is a growing Australian wellness brand. We design and sell a unique trigger point release device and a growing range of recovery products, direct to customers through our online store and through stockists across Australia and overseas. We're a small, hands-on team and this role is central to getting orders out the door quickly and accurately.

The role

You'll own our warehouse and fulfilment operations for around 10 to 15 hours a week, spread over 3 days, e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri mornings]. Hours are steady, with some flexibility to pick up extra shifts around sales and product launches.

Your day to day:

- Manage Shopify order fulfilment from order receipt through to dispatch

- Pick, pack and process direct to customer and wholesale orders

- Book and print shipping labels through ShipStation and lodge with carriers

- Check orders for accuracy and presentation before they ship

- Manage returns and refunds, including receiving, inspecting and restocking returned items

- Receive and check inbound deliveries against purchase orders

- Manage stock levels, purchase orders and inventory adjustments in Shopify

- Run regular stock counts and flag low stock or discrepancies

- Keep packaging, inserts and consumables stocked and reorder when needed





- Liaise with our customer service team on order queries, delays and returns

- Maintain a clean, organised and productive warehouse

- Occasional ad hoc tasks such as assembling kits and bundles, preparing wholesale shipments and helping with product launches

About you

- Previous pick and pack, warehouse or retail stockroom experience is welcome but not essential. We'll train you on our systems

- High attention to detail. Getting the right product, in the right colour, to the right person every time matters to us

- Comfortable using a computer and picking up software quickly. Shopify or shipping platform experience is a bonus

- Reliable, punctual and happy working independently without someone looking over your shoulder

- Physically capable of being on your feet for a shift and lifting cartons up to 21 kg

- Good communicator who is comfortable working with a small team

- Must have the right to work in Australia
