We're now growing our team and seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Community Support Workers to support clients across Perth Metropolitan and Peel.
Current opportunities are available across areas including Bayswater, Bassendean, Morley, Osborne Park, Fremantle, Yangebup, Mandurah, North Mandurah, Lakelands, Golden Bay, Secret Harbour, Waikiki, Baldivis, Rockingham and surrounding suburbs.

About the role
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to older Australians in their own homes and communities.
Depending on individual client needs, your duties may include:
- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Community access and social support
- Transport and assistance with appointments and activities
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients
- Completing client notes and required documentation
- Working collaboratively with clients, families and the wider care team
About you
We're looking for Support Workers who are:
- Compassionate, reliable and respectful
- Experienced in aged care, community care, disability support or a similar support role
- Confident working independently in clients' homes
- Professional and committed to person-centred care
- Reliable and able to provide consistent availability
- Comfortable travelling between client locations
- Able to communicate effectively and complete required documentation
Essential requirements
Important – Training & Certification Requirements

Due to the nature of our client care requirements, current training and evidence of competency are essential.
Applicants must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Community Services or relevant qualification
- Current First Aid – HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Current CPR – HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Current Manual Handling – HLTWHS005 Conduct manual tasks safely
- Current National Police Clearance
- Valid WA Driver's Licence
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone suitable for work-related applications
- Previous experience in aged care, community care, disability support or a similar support role
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians to live independently
For CHC recruitment purposes, First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling training must have been completed within the previous 12 months. Candidates must be able to provide evidence of their training, such as a certificate or Statement of Attainment, if shortlisted for interview.
HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication is preferred.
Candidates must be able to provide evidence of their relevant training and qualifications as part of the recruitment process.
