The Venue
The Lakes Hotel is a beautiful local pub in the heart of Rosebery. The venue boasts a large beer garden, a thriving food operation, function and event spaces, a sports bar, TAB and gaming facilities.

The Role

Successful candidates will:

- Possess a solid background in all facets of bar and gaming operations or someone new to the industry willing to apply themselves and learn the ropes!

- Have a strong focus on customer service, while maintaining and driving growth within the venue

- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

- Good attention to detail

- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

- An outgoing and motivated personality with high levels of energy

- Ability to build rapport with customers
