Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone, email, and web enquiries
- Provide quotes and information clearly and professionally
- Follow up warm leads and secure bookings
- Build excellent rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Help streamline and improve booking and customer service processes

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong phone manner and confidence in sales conversations
- A customer-first attitude with a drive to close the deal
- Experience in sales, admin or customer service (removals, trades, or services ideal)
- Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
- A friendly and motivated team player
