About the Role
Reporting to a supportive and commercially focused Board, you will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the club. With outsourced back-office functions, you'll be empowered to focus on business performance, team leadership, member experience, and the delivery of initiatives that support the club's continued growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the club
- Drive revenue growth and business performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing management team
- Work collaboratively with the Board to deliver strategic objectives
- Oversee financial performance, compliance, and governance requirements
- Support and guide the club through its redevelopment journey
- Build robust relationships with members, staff, community groups, and key stakeholders

About You




To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous General Manager experience within a licensed club environment
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of business growth
- Experience working closely with Boards and governance structures
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Sound financial management and strategic planning capabilities
- A hands-on approach combined with a clear long-term vision
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
