About the role

Reporting to our highly respected and talented Divisional Manager, the role involves:

- Leading a small team of sales and production people supplying hardgoods to retail customers

- Developing and implementing strategies to generate sustainable and profitable business

- Key account management of existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ongoing business

- Working with the sourcing team to ensure customer satisfaction with order fulfilment

You will have

- A love of retail, organisation and making things happen

- 3 years + senior account management in the retail industry

- Strong management capability and a track record of growing teams with success in sales

- A natural ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers and colleagues

- Expert knowledge of hardgoods – experience with stationery and gardening would be an advantage

- Strong presenting,



planning and prioritising capability with a high level of attention to detail

- To be able to travel a couple of times a year (locations may include China and Europe, UK and USA)
