About the Role

As a Community Support Worker,



you will provide individualised support that helps our participants maintain independence, dignity and quality of life in their own homes.

Your work may include:

- Personal care assistance
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Community access and transport
- Shopping and errands
- Supporting clients to achieve their personal goals
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation

About You

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (or working towards)
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable and registered vehicle
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
