About Our Client

Our client is a leading refrigeration and HVAC wholesaler looking for a customer-focused Trade Counter Representative / Warehouse Assistant to support daily branch operations.

This is a hands-on role combining trade counter sales, customer service and order processing with warehouse duties including stock control, picking and replenishment.

What you will be doing

- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the trade counter

- Process customer orders, enquiries and sales

- Pick, pack and replenish stock

- Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties

- Receive, check and put away incoming stock

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe branch environment

- Assist with general branch operations as required

What you will need

- Previous customer service, trade counter, retail or warehouse experience preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Good attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately

- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude





- Ability to work in a busy, hands-on workplace

- Forklift licence advantageous
