Role

This is an important leadership role with a focus on customer service and safe work practices. You must be adaptable to work across all areas of the venue and manage your time effectively. We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager and open to an Assistant Manager role for the right person.

The successful candidate will:

- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.

- Have a thorough understanding of compliance relating to RSA,



gaming and licensing.

- Have a solid track record working in busy gaming rooms.

- Calmly and effectively solve problems or disputes.

- Supervise and train staff, directing them as needed to ensure efficiency within the business.

- Support the venue manager in controlling wages and ensuring proper stock control practices.

- Work across a 7-day roster.

- Hold a current Responsible Person badge.

- Experience with H&L; beneficial.
