Position 1: Site Technician

Part-Time Fixed Term (4-6 Weeks) - Position commences 6 October 2026, you must have 6 weeks of consistent availability to be eligible for this role.

We're seeking hands-on Site Technicians to install, test and support ticketing and POS systems at entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete online training prior to deployment

- Install, configure and test POS and ticketing equipment

- Troubleshoot technical issues onsite

- Support venue staff during launch and operation

- Maintain project and installation standards

What We're Looking For

- Confident working with technology and equipment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Reliable and organised

- Able to work independently

Desirable Experience

- IT or technical support

- Hardware installation or deployment

- POS or ticketing systems

- Events, entertainment or venue operations

Employment Details

- 16-32 hours per week

- 5-week fixed-term contract with possible extension

- Amusement, Events & Recreation Award (Grade 4)

- Completion bonus available

Position 2: Support Technician

We're looking for reliable Support Technicians to assist with the rollout of ticketing and POS systems across entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete online training prior to deployment

- Assist with setup and testing of POS and ticketing equipment

- Provide support to technicians, venue staff and customers

- Help ensure a smooth venue launch

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual

- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

- Robust communication skills

- Positive, hands-on attitude

Desirable Experience

- Customer service

- Technology or IT support

- Events, entertainment or venue operations

- POS or ticketing systems

Employment Details

- 12-18 hours per week

- 5-week fixed-term contract with possible extension
