About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with butchers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, restaurants, and food service customers.

Presenting product ranges and developing tailored customer solutions.

Negotiating pricing and supply agreements.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Working closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.





Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven sales experience within the Australian meat industry.

Strong knowledge of goat, beef, lamb and poultry or value-added meat products.

Existing relationships within wholesale, food service or retail meat sectors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A self-motivated and results-driven approach.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Current Australian driver's licence.
