This is an exciting opportunity for an A-grade Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing team in a stunning brand-new office, offering a fantastic culture, strong support and plenty of opportunity to grow.

The Role:

- Conduct open homes, private inspections and mid-week appointments
- Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email
- Review and process rental applications
- Screen prospective tenants and provide feedback to PMs and landlords
- Prepare approval letters and lease documentation
- Manage lease agreements, bonds and deposits
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conduct routine inspections
- Assist the Property Management team when required

What We're Looking For:

- MUST have proven residential leasing experience
- A-grade leasing ability with a solid track record
- Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence and own car
- Professional and polished presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, proactive and hardworking




- Positive attitude and genuine team player
- Ideally based in or familiar with Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
