? About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Diploma qualified Lead Educator for a part time position, working 5 days a week across rotating shifts between our operating hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your room of educators in delivering an engaging, high-quality learning program

- Plan, document, and reflect meaningfully on each child's individual learning journey

- Mentor, guide, and support Certificate III educators and assistants within your room

- Act as the primary family contact for daily handovers, orientations, and warm updates

- Maintain a safe, beautifully organised learning environment that meets National Quality Standards

? You'll Need

- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

- Relevant prior experience working in an early childhood setting

- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)

- Completed Child Protection training

- Availability to work part-time across 5 days a week including opening and closing shifts
