At Colliers, we’re more than just commercial property. We’re a connected team across Ballarat, Geelong, and Bendigo, working together to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. We’re now on the lookout for a sharp, reliable Bookkeeper to join our Real Estate Management team.
This role could be based in either Ballarat or Geelong.
This is a key position supporting our property management teams across the region. You’ll be the backbone of our accounting function, making sure everything balances, runs on time, and meets compliance standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing daily receipting across multiple trust accounts.
- Handling accounts receivable and payable.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the business to process Sales and Leasing – Deposits, Accounts Sales, Settlements and all other financial requirements.
- Supporting property managers with outgoings reconciliations and annual estimates.
- End of month reporting.
- Assisting the wider team with general operational support as needed.
Qualifications
You’re someone who thrives on accuracy and structure, but also enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team. You take pride in getting the details right and understand the importance of compliance in bookkeeping.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role (real estate preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with financial systems and processes.
- A proactive, team-first attitude.
