About the Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated Product Coordinator to join our Retail team on a permanent, full-time basis in Leederville. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the effective management of products, displays, documentation and digital content across our Retail Centre, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate product information, pricing, technical documentation and inventory records.
- Ensure the Retail Centre and customer areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Coordinate product launches, changes, implementations and customer reselections where required.
- Manage product samples, displays, merchandising, stock levels and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain and enhance the Online Selection Portal, ensuring content, assets and product information remain current.
- Analyse product performance data and prepare reports, insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support current product initiatives, content creation and continuous improvement projects.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will possess:
- An interest and understanding of interior design and residential construction practices with knowledge on the process from initial design to service and warranty being highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management, with confidence working across systems and processes.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
