People and Culture Administrator

About Us:

This is not just another HR admin job advertisement and if you are looking for an opportunity to kick-start or accelerate your career in People and Culture, you should keep reading.

Imagine yourself working within our enthusiastic People and Culture team, supporting 6 distinct businesses as part of the 11X Group. Each business operates independently, yet is united by a core leadership team that bridges both internal and external boundaries, driving success and fostering collaboration across all entities.

We believe that our people are our greatest asset, with over 150 people working across the Group and quickly growing both onshore and offshore. With growth comes a lot of moving parts, and that is exactly where you come in.

We are looking for a switched-on, highly organised and proactive People and Culture Administrator to become an integral part of our People and Culture team.

This role will report into our HR Manager and work closely with our wider People and Culture team, who are hard working, passionate, positive and serious about delivering an exceptional standard of HR support across our businesses.

If you are someone who loves being busy, gets an unusual amount of satisfaction from a perfectly organised system and wants to build a career in HR, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

This is the engine room of our People and Culture team.

You will be responsible for keeping the administration behind our people function accurate, organised and moving. From onboarding recent starters and processing employment changes, to preparing position descriptions, coordinating recruitment and making sure our HR Manager's diary is filled with great candidates, you will play an important role in keeping our People and Culture function running at a high standard.

This is not a role where you will spend your day waiting for someone to give you a task list.

We need a go-getter. Someone who notices what needs to be done and does it. Someone who follows things through, loves a checklist, catches the tiny details other people miss and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Recruitment will also be a big focus of this position. We are a growing Group and we are constantly looking for great people. A big measure of your success will be your ability to support our HR Manager by keeping our recruitment pipeline moving and their diary full of quality candidates.

For someone looking to grow a career in People and Culture, you will also have exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to learn from an experienced People and Culture team.

How you would help us:

- Set up new starters in our HR and employment software, ensuring all information and documentation is accurate and completed before commencement.

- Maintain employee records and process changes across the employee lifecycle, including promotions, pay rises, changes to hours, positions, reporting lines and employment conditions.

- Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer, variation letters, promotion documentation, remuneration changes and other People and Culture correspondence.

- Draft, update and maintain position descriptions across the Group.

- Support the onboarding and offboarding process and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Maintain accurate digital employee files and ensure our HR systems remain up to date.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, administration or a similar coordination role is preferred but if you have just finished your degree, this could be a great first step.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

- High standards for your own work and a willingness to take ownership when something goes wrong.

- Contagious energy, a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever the team needs you.

- If your natural response to "that's not technically my job" is "no worries, I'll figure it out", you'll probably fit in well here.

What We Offer:

- The opportunity to build your career in People and Culture while gaining exposure across 6 different businesses.

- Direct exposure to an experienced People and Culture team and the opportunity to learn across the full employee lifecycle.

- Genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression for high performers.

- A fast-paced environment where you will be trusted with real responsibility.

- The opportunity to work within a growing Group where no two days are quite the same.

- A supportive, positive and high-performing People and Culture team.

- The chance to make a genuine impact on the experience of our people from the moment they first apply for a role with us.

We believe in developing great people, so if you prove yourself in this role, there is plenty of room to grow with us.

Sound like you?

We'd love to hear from you BUT please don't submit a generic cover letter.

We want people who go above and beyond and consider themselves high performers.

Submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you're excited about starting or growing in this role and why you are the right candidate for the role.
