About the Role

As the Accounts Officer – Revenue and Reporting, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Finance Team through accurate accounts processing, reporting and customer-focused administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing monthly tenant water charges and responding to associated enquiries

- Processing tenant refunds, recoupments and service requests

- Assisting with bank reconciliations and accounts analysis





- Supporting end-of-month reporting and audit preparation

- Monitoring and actioning the finance inbox

- Assisting staff, tenants and suppliers with account-related enquiries

- Maintaining accurate financial records and electronic filing systems

- Supporting contractor compliance administration

- Contributing to process improvements across finance operations

This role offers a diverse mix of finance, reporting and administration responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and providing excellent internal and external customer service.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone who is accurate, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Essential

- Tertiary accounting qualifications, an Accounting Certificate IV or Diploma, or equivalent professional experience

- Experience working in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping environment

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy

- Well-developed organisational and time management skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
