Trio Automotive Group Queensland Pty Ltd, operator of the RACQ Retail Office in Hervey Bay, is seeking a Casual Sales Consultant to join our team.

Start Date: Monday, 2 November 2026

· Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

· Hours: approximately 25 hours per week – depending on the business needs

· Pay: Award wage

Important: Successful applicants must be available for full-time hours during initial Assistance and Insurance training. Additional hours may be required to cover leave and unplanned absences.

Working in a professional and highly regulated workplace, you will assist RACQ members with a range of assistance and insurance products.

We are looking for a reliable, positive and motivated team member who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will:

· Work professionally with members and colleagues

· Be open to coaching, feedback and continuous learning

· Enjoy working within a small team





· Be confident using computers and multiple systems

· Follow procedures and independently use business resources

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail and compliance
