Electrician – XR3, Oaky Creek

Are you a trade qualified electrician looking for a diverse, hands-on role in the mining industry? We’re hiring an Electrician to join our team at XR3, Oaky Creek, working across tailings reclamation and reprocessing.

What’s Involved

- Varied role: This role is split roughly 50/50 between electrical trade work and hands-on operational duties, giving you the chance to use your trade while building broader mining experience.
- Electrical work: Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across site plant and equipment as part of the tailings reclamation and reprocessing operation.
- Hands-on operations: The remainder of the role covers refuelling, laying pipework, conducting inspections, and operating the tailings cannon, skid steer and telehandler.

About You

- Trade qualified electrician,



ideally with experience in a mining or industrial environment.
- Ready for a challenge and happy to get hands-on outside of trade-specific tasks.
- Enthusiastic about bringing your electrical skills to a hands-on mining environment.

- Roster:
- 2|2 roster (day shift only)

- Allowances:

- Camp accommodation and meals provided
- Flights arranged for FIFO candidates

- Requirements:

- Trade qualified electrician (essential).
- Fit to perform requirements of the role and pass a medical, police check and drug & alcohol screening.
