MuraConnect is partnering with a Queensland Government client to identify a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support a major technology transformation program.

This is an initial contract through to February 2027, with the program extending to early 2028.

You’ll be the primary liaison between technology teams and business/executive stakeholders on a large, high-visibility program, running governance forums and steering committees and helping the organisation adopt new ways of working. This role suits someone who thrives on executive-level relationship management as much as change delivery.

The Role
As the Stakeholder Engagement Manager you will be responsible for building trusted relationships and driving stakeholder readiness across the program, including:

- Acting as primary liaison between IT Program teams and business stakeholders
- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including governance forums and executive briefings
- Identifying and managing stakeholder concerns and escalations, and resolving conflicts between business and technical constraints
- Partnering with change management and business teams to drive solution adoption
- Reporting on stakeholder satisfaction and engagement effectiveness

About You
To be successful, you will be a confident,



credible relationship-builder with a track record of engaging executives and senior stakeholders through periods of significant technology change.

You will bring:

- Strong, executive-level stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience
- Proven experience running governance forums, steering committees and executive briefings
- Demonstrated experience resolving conflict between business requirements and technical constraints
- Significant experience in large, complex digital transformation programs
- Change Management certification such as Prosci (desirable)
- Project Management certification such as Prince2 or PMP (desirable)
