YMCA Victoria is seeking a part time Team Leader to manage and lead teams across our pools and recreation facilities. You will ensure delivery of programs meets standards, lead by example, and support staff under the Manager on Duty roster.
The role requires lifeguard experience, strong admin skills, and the ability to commit to a regular pattern of work with seasonal peak hours. Up to AU$33.87/hour plus super.
