Community Housing Limited (CHL) is seeking an Asset Maintenance Officer for a part time, versatile role to support protected, well-maintained homes across CHL's asset base. You will deliver responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance, liaising with contractors to ensure quality work and service delivery that meets CHL standards.
