About the job General Practitioner, MM3 & DPA

Location: Armidale, NSW

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join a busy team inArmidale, NSW. This position is open to both Australian and overseas trained doctors who hold a specialist general practice qualification recognised by the RACGP.
n
As a General Practitioner in Armidale, you will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive medical care to individuals and families in the Armidale community. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health practitioners, and support staff, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting consultations with patients to assess and diagnose medical conditions
n
Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and referrals to specialists
n
Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
Providing health education and preventative care advice to patients
n




Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients
n
Participating in practice meetings and professional development activities
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Medical degree from a recognized institution
n
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or ability to gain this
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
n
Willingness to participate in ongoing career development
n
