Job Description
Mitchell Shire Council invites applications for a permanent, full time Grader Operator Leading Hand to join the Roads Maintenance Works team. You will guide and train operators, contribute to maintenance planning, and ensure plant and equipment meet safety and manufacturer standards, while delivering excellent service to stakeholders.

Remuneration to 81.8K AUD plus superannuation, with a fortnightly rostered day off and a solid focus on safety, quality, and setting.
