About the Prospect This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role working closely with leaders across an allocated portfolio.
You'll operate as a true partner, helping leaders work through day-to-day and more complex people matters while providing pragmatic, commercially sound HR advice.
You'll support a broad range of employee relations matters, performance and conduct issues, workforce challenges and general people initiatives.
With the organisation operating under the SCHADS Award and within a regulated workplace, you'll bring confidence navigating compliance, risk and employee relations while maintaining a practical and solutions-focused approach.




About you You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who is comfortable quickly establishing credibility with operational leaders and taking ownership of people matters.
Experience within aged care, healthcare, childcare, disability, community services or another regulated support-services setting will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine partnering style, sound judgement and the ability to work alongside leaders to find practical solutions rather than simply advising from the sidelines.
