Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking Line Chefs for multiple sites with versatile 9 days on/5 days off or 14 days on/7 days off rosters. Roles involve buffet bulk cooking for breakfast, crib lunch, dinner and desserts, plus in office facilities and fitness perks.
You will work with a team of chefs and dining staff, ensure OH&S; compliance and food safety, and help manage wastage and kitchen procedures to meet Compass standards. FIFO options from Townsville or Brisbane are available.
