Indigeco Pty Ltd is recruiting 18 Call Centre Operators for an Australian Government contact centre in Newcastle. The role handles inbound and emails, delivers qualified service, and processes requests across multiple systems in a fast-paced office.

Full training provided; two-week nesting with subject matter experts; rotation roster 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, on-site 35 hours per week. Start date 7 August 2026 with ongoing support from Team Leaders.
