This is an opportunity to make your mark from the outset. You'll help prepare the venue for reopening, bring the team together and lead the day-to-day operation once the doors open. You'll oversee food, beverage, functions and events, delivering consistently great experiences, and work closely with ARK Group's leadership team to build trade, develop ideas and establish the Brisbane's next chapter.

Key responsibilities

- Recruit, train and lead a team that takes pride in genuine hospitality
- Be a visible presence on the floor, supporting your team and connecting with guests
- Oversee food, beverage, functions and events, delivering consistently outstanding experiences
- Manage budgets, rostering, labour costs and stock to drive strong commercial results
- Maintain high standards across presentation, safety and compliance
- Work closely with ARK Group's leadership team to build trade, develop ideas and establish the Brisbane's next chapter

About you

- Proven management experience in a comparable hospitality venue
- A hands-on leadership style and clear, confident communication
- A strong understanding of venue financials and operational performance
- A passion for food, beverage and service, with guests at the centre of your decisions




- The ability to build a positive team culture and maintain standards under pressure
- Energy and ideas to help turn a major reopening into lasting success
