Key Responsibilities:

- Lead,



coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services
- Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and service excellence
- Oversee operational performance, workforce planning and resource management to deliver sustainable outcomes
- Build strong relationships with customers, families, community partners and key stakeholders
- Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and team effectiveness
- Manage budgets, performance targets and service growth opportunities across the region
- Lead teams through change while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes
