In this role,you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering Transport’s Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and supporting Aboriginal employment, development, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

You will help drive meaningful reconciliation outcomes across a complex organisation, contributing to a mature reconciliation program recognised through its second Stretch RAP.

You'll also be part of a team committed to fostering a culturally safe and supportive workplace where First Nations people can thrive.

This role will see you lead and support RAP projects, monitor performance, budgets and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes within agreed scope and timeframes.

You will lead the coordination and delivery of meaningful reconciliation initiatives in a fast paced environment with complex priorities and diverse stakeholder needs.

Please note, this position is based in Macquarie Park; however, regional candidates will also be considered.

Work Location

This role can bebasedfrom any approved Transport workplace locations within the advertised region.
