Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead frontline teams across the venue’s Pumphouse and hotel outlets. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Culinary and offers growth opportunities within a vibrant Accor property.

You’ll ensure outstanding guest service, apply RSA knowledge, manage rotating shifts and late hours, and drive all Food & Beverage opportunities to keep the offering fresh and engaging for guests.
