Job Description
Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor for a major Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA, on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Lead welding crews, coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities, and ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and procedures.

You will liaise with Construction, Engineering, Quality and HSE teams to maintain secure work fronts, provide mentorship to trades and apprentices, and uphold safety culture on site.
