We're looking for a passionate and experiencedCollections Officer – Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Finance teambased at our Toowoomba Support Office.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Collections Officer - Accounts Receivable, you will:

- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email and written correspondence
- Manage the collection of outstanding debts and negotiate suitable payment arrangements
- Monitor customer accounts, investigate payment discrepancies and resolve account enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments and customer communications
- Prepare reports on outstanding debtors and provide regular updates to the Accounts Receivable leadership team
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribu te to a culture of safety, innovation,



and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or a similar finance-related role
- Has a sound understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
- Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Can work independently, solve problems effectively and make sound decisions
- Has experience using financial systems and maintaining accurate records
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
