Our client is a well Cafe in Henley Beach and is looking for a Cafe Manager to join their business.

You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the cafe in the delivery of high-quality service, food and beverages to customers.

n

Your role will include;

n

n
- Menu planning with the head chef
n
- Planning and organizing functions and events (with the event centre)
n
- Customer service including reservation management
n
- Purchasing, managing budget and stock control
n
- Supervision and management of staff
n
- Ensuring Workplace, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance at all times
n
- Provide staff training
n

About You

n

n
- AQF Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)



or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
n
- Superior work ethic
n
- Ability to work under pressure
n
- Be a team player
n
- Enthusiastic "can do" approach
n
- A friendly and approachable personality Is a must
n

In return, we offer a full time position with an attractive basic salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation which depends on your skills and experience.
