As the Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the RiskMan information system through the development, testing and continuous improvement of information, reporting and data quality processes. You will lead the design and delivery of statistical reports, communication materials and benchmarking studies, providing specialist advice and consultancy services to Queensland Health and Hospital and Health Services stakeholders. Working closely with internal and external partners, you will manage projects using established methodologies, build strong stakeholder relationships, respond to complex enquiries, and develop and deliver training programs. You will contribute to strategic projects, identify innovative approaches to meet business needs, and support evidence-based decision-making through high-quality analysis and reporting. In this role, you will uphold ethical decision-making, maintain contemporary professional knowledge, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, human resource policies, service quality standards, and Queensland Health's values and strategic objectives.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

- Demonstrated ability in the use of information technology systems to collect, analyse, report and disseminate data.
- Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and project communications.
- Proven effective administrative, consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills, including the ability to consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of project plans,



deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
