What you'll achieve

n

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver life-sustaining care to patients with chronic kidney disease.
n You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, provide dialysis treatments, monitor patient progress, and offer compassionate support that makes a real difference every single day.

You will:

- Participate in the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within the haemodialysis clinical setting.
n
- Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
n
- Responsible for own professional development and provides education to colleagues, patients and visitors.
n
- Ensures/promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety policy (FMEAU-28).
n
- Actively participates in the quality improvement process by reporting all incidents, hazards and opportunities for improvement.
n




- Completes clinical and mandatory competencies annually Performs defined management functions when required.
n
- Maintains accurate patient information in medical records, including Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) and abides by confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Requirements

n

n
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
n
- Registered NMBA via AHPRA
n
- Minimum 1 year as Registered Nurse
n
- Advanced training in hemodialysis is a plus, renal nurse experience is required
