We are currently seeking Team Members – Microsurfacing to join our Pavement Preservation crew based in Somerton VIC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and is looking to build a long-term career in road maintenance and surfacing.

About the Role:

n

You will support the delivery of microsurfacing and road preservation works across Victoria and interstate, including:

n

n
- General labouring across road maintenance and surfacing works
n
- Operating and driving heavy vehicles
n
- Assisting with microsurfacing operations and specialised equipment
n
- Supporting basic maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment in the field
n
- Working collaboratively with crew members to deliver high-quality outcomes
n
- Working away from home as part of a rostered crew
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- HC driver licence highly regarded; however, candidates with a strong willingness to learn and develop are encouraged to apply
n
- Ability to pass a commercial driver medical
n
- Experience operating trucks, machinery, agricultural equipment, or similar plant is highly regarded
n




- Practical mechanical aptitude and confidence working with tools and equipment
n
- Experience in road surfacing, civil construction, transport, agriculture, or related industries is desirable
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work away from home
n
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes
n

Working Conditions:

n

n
- EBA-based role with an annualised salary structure
n
- Rostered work cycles of up to 19 days on, including weekend work
n
- Weekend work accrued as time off within rostered breaks
n
- Regular travel required, with work primarily conducted away from the home depot
n
- Crews regularly work across regional Victoria and interstate locations
n
