Requirements

n

- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
n
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
- Hands-on leadership style and passion for outstanding customer experiences
n
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role and location
n
