The company and role:

Our client is a well-established residential builder with a robust reputation for delivering quality homes across Western Australia. With a growing pipeline of work and long-standing relationships with investment partners and building brokers, they’re looking to add an organised and proactive Accounts/Invoice Administrator to their team.

This is a role where you'll be working alongside construction & accounts assisting with approval of invoices for works carried out and ensuring efficient filing of documentation is adhered too.

As the link between external contractors and the internal construction team, you’ll coordinate the approval process to ensure all documentation is filed with the correct department and systems so that this can then be passed to accounts for approval.

Your previous experience:

To be successful, you’ll ideally have experience within the residential construction industry and understand the accounts / construction claims process.
