We are seeking an experienced, organised and reliable Bookkeeper to manage key finance functions and provide general administrative support across our busy resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end reporting and daily journal entries
- BAS preparation
- Payroll tax and superannuation
- Payroll processing and maintenance of payroll records
- Overseeing and supporting the Accounts Assistant with Accounts Receivable and daily banking
- General office and finance administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring deadlines are met

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator, Bookkeeper or similar finance role
- Strong Xero skills




- Strong Microsoft Excel skills – essential
- Experience with Tanda Payroll and Lightspeed POS systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach
