About the role:
Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager you will be a valuable member of the Care team who coordinates the Activities programs for residents, motivating residents towards their emotional and physical rehabilitation through the provision of recreational activities, enhancing their psychological, social and physical wellbeing.
This is a part-time position requiring availability 42 hours each fortnight (3 days each week).
About you:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Lifestyle
- Demonstrated experience in an Aged Care environment in providing and coordinating activities, care and/or support services
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
