Bidfood Australia is looking for an Admin and Sales Support Coordinator to join our Supply Solutions division. This full-time role is based out of our Morningside office and sits within the internal supply team. While there is a strong administration focus, you’ll also support sales promotions and incentives, and be encouraged to bring initiative and ideas that help increase sales and grow business.

In this job, you’ll be part of a well-established national team working across a large private-label portfolio, with hands-on exposure to real supply decisions, pricing structures and promotional programs in a major foodservice business. This is a genuine prospect for someone looking at launching their career.

About the role

This role supports the day-to-day supply and sales activity that keeps Bidfood’s product ranges moving. Your work connects multiple teams, categories and systems. On a regular basis you’ll be involved with:

- Supporting supplier programs, pricing and product information
- Assisting with sales promotions, incentives and performance reporting
- Preparing and analysing reports for internal stakeholders
- Maintaining pricing contracts and national account documentation
- Updating product specifications and managing sales enquiries
- Prioritising tasks and keeping weekly activity on track

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with structure,



variety and genuine exposure to how supply and commercial decisions are made in a national business.

About you

You have intermediate to advance Excel skills. You’re genuinely detail-oriented, not just on your résumé. You like things done properly, information kept tidy and systems that actually make sense. You love seeing results in sales.

NPD challenges are exciting. You notice when something’s off and quietly fix it before it becomes a problem. You also value job security and being part of a robust, supportive team where people look out for each other.

You enjoy structured work, take pride in your output and understand that consistency matters.
