The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer/Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating multi-axis CNC lathes to manufacture precision components that meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, set, and operate CNC lathes

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models

- Select appropriate tooling, workholding solutions, and machining parameters

- Perform first-off inspections and verify product conformance

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain exceptional manufacturing standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:





- A trade qualification in Fitting and Turning or a related discipline

- Strong experience in CNC lathe programming and machine setup
- A commitment to producing high-quality work with attention to detail
- The ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
- A solid work ethic, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

- Mastercam programming experience

- Siemens NX experience
