Roster: Residential Monday to Friday, 9.5 hours a day (excluding meal break)
Location: KCGM, Kalgoorlie
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support to site leadership and operational teams.
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation requirements, including inductions, site access, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee and contractor records, ensuring all training, licences, and certifications remain current.
- Review daily timesheets and payroll-related administration accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assist with roster administration and workforce scheduling activities.
- Conduct and maintain routine administrative audits relating to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Manage site stationery, office supplies, and administrative resources.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support site operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a site administration, operations administration, or similar administrative role, preferably within mining, construction, or heavy industry.
- Robust organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy,
including Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting site operations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
