Challenger is currently seeking 2 reliable and motivated Cleaning Team Members to join our team at residential village sites in Redland Bay and Cleveland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

- Ensure the cleanliness of all designated areas within a well-maintained residential village.
- Undertake a variety of cleaning activities across both community and residential areas.
- Assist your teammates in maintaining a safe and clean workplace environment.
- Work in accordance with our company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the site.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Be reliable, flexible, polite, and friendly.




- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling.
- Vaccinated against Influenza & COVID-19: Applicants must be fully vaccinated and able to provide evidence of vaccination, where required by the site.
- National Police Check: Applicants must hold a current National Police Check issued within the last 3–6 months, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Own reliable car and a valid driver's licence to travel to the site.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

LOCATIONS We currently have 2 Permanent Part-Time opportunities available at either:

- Redland Bay
- Cleveland
