What You'll Do

- Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, hygiene, and well-being needs
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff

What You'll Need

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Ageing
- 6 months of ongoing Personal Care experience




- Current Employee National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Employee Working With Children Check (employee)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- Flu vaccination (2026) and minimum three COVID-19 vaccinations
