Job title: AI Developer

Location: Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop LLM-based agentic applications using tool use, multi-turn conversations, and state management.

- Build high-performance REST APIs and SSE streaming endpoints using FastAPI and modern asynchronous Python.

- Develop and integrate AI agents using Google ADK or frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, migrations, and asynchronous database operations.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications on GCP using Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and IAM.

Skills Required:

1. Expert-level Python 3.14+ with solid asyncio, async/await, and modern async development practices.

2. Hands-on experience with Agentic Coding Assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

3. Strong knowledge of LLM agent architectures, tool calling, multi-turn interactions, and state management.

4. Proficiency in FastAPI 0.115+, SQLAlchemy 2.0+ (async), asyncpg, and PostgreSQL 16+.

5. Experience with GCP, Google ADK/LangChain/AutoGen/CrewAI, Alembic, containerized deployments, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
